Paddle for Water

Last year I did a challenging stand-up paddle trip and used that occasion to raise funds for charity. Although I did not reach my fundraising quota, money was raised. The charity if my choice was charity: water. It is a non-profit bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations. In my opinion, it’s one of the best run non-profit organizations out there. The coolest parts are that 100% of your donation goes to the cause (they have separate sponsors for admin operation costs), and you get to find out exactly where your money went. I helped build a well in Cambodia. Feels nice to know that.
